Maritimes Cluster Norddeutschland e. V. (MCN)

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Maritime Cluster Northern Germany (MCN). MCN is a maritime network with more than 350 members from the areas of business, research and politics. We assist in the search for innovation partners, provide information on incentives and grants, and arrange contacts in the maritime sector.

I/We shall pay the annual membership fee pursuant to the Membership Fee Regulations of the Maritimes Cluster Norddeutschland e. V Association on receipt of invoice. I/We am/are conversant with the current Articles of Association (including the Membership Fee Regulations). As a member company we agree that our logo, short description and contact partner may be displayed on the MCN e. V. website.

I give my express consent to the provision of my personal data and that the personal data collected on registration with the organisation, in particular name, address, telephone number, e-mail address shall be stored (including within the meaning of identification to third parties), used and processed by the organiser. The data shall be used and processed (where applicable with disclosure to third parties) solely to comply with the statutory purpose of the Articles of Association of Maritimes Cluster Norddeutschland e. V.

At the same time, I acknowledge that I have the right to information, according to Article 15 GDPR, about the storage, use and further processing of my data.

I also confirm that I have been advised that I have the right at any time pursuant to Article 17 GDPR to the correction, erasure and blocking of the personal data provided by me.
